Alison was an amazing girl who always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She had an energy about her that was contagious. Alison was an exceptional student, athlete and role model and was admired by all who knew her.

Alison was an amazing young woman. She had kindness, compassion, optimism, and purity of spirit that are uncommon at any age. She defied stereotypes, rose above the pettiness of cliques, and treated everyone with the same levels class and dignity that she possessed herself. What a terrible loss.

I THINK MELANIE WORDED IT PERFECTLY. ALISON WAS KIND TO EVERYONE SHE CAME IN CONTACT WITH. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER FOR THE KINDNESS SHE SHOWED ME. WHEN OTHER PEOPLE TRIED TO KEEP ME DOWN ALISON WAS THERE TO LIFT ME UP.

It was a shame to lose such a great girl due to drunk drivers, but she was very kind and a real gogetter.

I heard first hand what happened that night while at work at the time I knew several police officers..I was shocked it was a hit and run and the driver did not stop. Senseless and tragic! Although I did not know her very well, my heart still goes out to her family.

On behalf of myself and my family, I want to take a moment to thank all of you for your kind words of remembrance about Alison.
It's been 19 years and yet, it still seems like just yesterday....

Forever alive in my heart cuz-I love you.
